A pét-nat made from Chenin Blanc, sourced from 20+ year-old vines. Fermented in cuve, then aged on lees for nine months before hand disgorgement. Crisp and dry with lively apple flavors, it shows a taut, mineral edge and a salty, precise finish, offering excellent refreshment.
