While making their baby Joujou, they kept some of the grapes for Nuit Noires. The vinification method is quit the same, the only thing they changed is an open top fermentation and a part of it aged on used Burgundy barrels which give it a different touch. It’s a special cuvée to explore.
Production of just 850 bottles
