AOP Beaujolais Lantignié 

When following a path in their vineyard down to a small river that crosses their meadow, Sylvie and Thierry reach a mystical plot of Chardonnay. This plot is surrounded by very old oak trees, blackberries, blackthorn, and more, with a terroir rich in clay. This environment supports great biodiversity—greeting deers, hares, and others—but it is also a breeding ground for flavescence dorée, which has now devastated nearly a third of their plot with its virus.

Unfortunately, with fewer vines this year, they hope to have it under control in a few years and plan to replant the empty spots. With a direct press, vinified in amphora and a small part in a used barrel, it has become a mystical wine, just like the plot itself.
