Golden yellow with golden reflections. The nose reveals white-fleshed fruit notes like mirabelle and apricot. On the palate, you taste the stone. It finishes crisp, with a long, fragrant finish, firm and precise, while preserving the softness of the aromas. A pleasant sharp acidity enhances the fruity expression of the wine. Unfiltered, no added sulfites. Excellent with summer salads or seafood.
