Sexto Elemento

After four years of researching the Bobal grape, agricultural engineer Rafael López leveraged his family’s vineyards and expertise to create a 100% Bobal wine using traditional farming and natural winemaking methods, with no chemicals.

Sexto Elemento, the winery's flagship wine from Venta del Moro (Valencia), showcases the unique expression and originality of the Bobal grape.

David & Goliath, a limited production of 1,500 bottles, comes from the highest vineyards in Hoces del Cabriel, a natural park. It was named "Wine Revelation" by Club Vignerons.

In addition to his winemaking, Rafael López is completing a PhD on the Bobal grape at the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
