Fuente Guijarro

Fuente Guijarro

Located at an altitude of 2,000 meters in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, Manuel and Sara have been dedicated to restoring an old orchard since 1998. They have preserved ancient fruit varieties while planting around 500 more trees, many of which are wild foraged, primarily Prunus malus. The organic farming practices they use are complemented by the unique terrain, where harvesting is done by horse due to the steep slopes that make vehicle access impossible. Their cider, produced without any additives, is 100% natural. Most of their production is sparkling, capturing and preserving the vibrant essence of the fruit.
